| With frequent exchanges between
countries and with the increase
in income there are more chances
for people to experience different
foods and food services. The department
provides courses on cooking theories,
western cuisine, bakery, management
theories, and professional knowledge
on business affairs. It also provides
courses on practical skills on
Korean, western, and Japanese
cuisine, swellfish, and bakery.
Through this practical and theoretical
training the students will be
able to work in the fields of
food service businesses such as
hotel food and beverage sections,
specialty restaurants, fast food
restaurants and be an expert on
small business consulting. |
